Learning about Albums Inc. from a photographer friend, Paula started out in sales in 1993 and then moved to customer service. As you can see from her answers to the questions below, that’s where she’s happiest!
Q- How long have you worked for Albums Inc.?
A- 16 years
Q- Did you start out as a Customer Care rep, or move into the job?
A- I started out in sales and then moved into customer service.
Q- What's your favorite part of the job?
A- I love handling difficult situations and helping out customers -- just talking to customers in general. It’s great letting them know about product that would help their business.
Q- What's your least favorite part of the job?
A- Getting up early in the morning to get ready for work.
Q- What do you bring to the job that's unique to you?
A- I think I have patience assisting customers. (I’m not saying it doesn’t get to me sometimes but for the most part I love what I am doing!)
Q- Do you have any long-standing customers? How long have you been helping them?
A- I have customers that I have been helping since I started. There are at least 8 customers that I have been working with for over 9 years.
Q- What's your favorite product line? Why?
A- I love Renaissance. I love the versatility of their colors and styles.
Q- If you had one piece of advice for photographers today, what would it be?
A- Try to place orders early for Christmas. (or any holiday.)
Q- Are you a photographer yourself?
A- I try to take pictures, but I’m not very good.
Q- What do you like to do after a hard day's work?
A- After work I go home put on jammies, have coffee and relax!!!
Q- Any kids, husband, pets, hobbies? Please describe.
A- I have 3 daughters, 2 stepsons 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson. I also have a husband named Pat and my baby boy boxer named Jake. If you ask my daughters, they say I love my dog more than them! He listens better and doesn't give me attitude.
Q- Favorite color?
A- Gold
Q- What was the last movie you saw or book you read?
A- The last book I read was The Wedding (sequel from The Notebook) and The Last Lecture. The movie was “Wild Hogs.”
Q- What's at the top of your Christmas list?
A- Having a stress-free Christmas and John Travolta.
